Wellbeing Services South Glasgow

													

The South Glasgow Wellbeing Services consists of psychologists, cognitive-behavioural therapists, counsellors and guided self-help workers.

It offers a variety of self-help materials, groups and courses for all sorts of problems that you may be facing. Brief individual talking therapies are offered if this is the best approach.

The service helps those experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression and tries to tailor their service to the individual. This can be via self help materials, short "advice clinic" appointments, psycho-educational groups or short courses of brief individual therapy.

To access this service you can self refer by phoning 0141 232 2555 Mon - Fri between 8.30am - 4.30pm.

Wellbeing service provides a range of services for anyone who is experiencing common mental problems. These are usually less severe (or mild to moderate) mental health illnesses such as stress, anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders.

This service is free for NHS patients registered with a GP in the South Side of Glasgow.
